Membership Term
LOC is a farm-to-table oyster experience and culinary community. To maintain high-quality benefits and provide an outstanding experience, we limit the number of annual memberships. Each year, the club accepts a select few new members after considering returning members, farm operations, and other factors. Currently, we offer three membership levels (see below).

Membership Overview
The key distinction between the Tier 1 and Tier 2 membership is this: Our Tier 1 membership includes admission to ALL events. Tier 2 membership includes ONLY the annual oyster festival. Additional events are available to you a' la carte and would require a member pass to attend. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!
Benefits Explained
Oyster Festival
The Festival is our premier event to celebrate the Lynnhaven Oyster. We serve these legendary oysters several ways: raw, roasted, baked, stewed and fried. Fan favorites include made-to-order oyster stew, oyster poboy sliders, and on the half-shell with a wide array of optional sauces, mignonettes, member-inspired combos, and ponzu-based oyster dressings and shooters. Alternative food for the non-oyster eater, adult beverages and live music are also provided.
Gift & Gear Shop Coupon
The gear and gift shop is your go-to source for show your support for the Lynnhaven Oyster Club. Each membership includes a coupon for the shop. Treat yourself to a cozy hoodie or get a gift for that oyster lover in your life.

Pop-Up Events
Pop-Ups are happy-hour style events and have a “test kitchen” aspect to get member input on new recipes. Pop-Ups are mostly BYOB and at times feature a specially crafted spirit on the menu to pair with our oysters.
Tier 1 members can attend all Pop-Up events at no extra cost. For Tier 2 members, a' la carte tickets can be purchased for $40 for one or $70 for two. Members can also bring additional guests for $35 per.
Members Only Access & Content
The members-only area of the LOC website includes premium content not available to routine website visitors. Members are provided a login where they can manage their profile, events, premium gear selections and gain access "the kitchen" for how-tos and recipes. LOC's blog is where members can stay tuned to farm news and articles of interest.
Wholesale Oysters
We continue to perfect our farm operation to produce the best possible product. Members benefit from wholesale pricing: currently ~.65c EA. (.85c EA retail). Tier 1 can redeem up to 5 bushels annually. Tier 2 can redeem up to 2 bushels.
Wholesale pricing is available to members for for their annual allotment, but also for member's private events. The Club can cater and create a special oyster experience for members and their guests. We have experience with weddings, birthday, retirement, corporate parties, fundraising and benefit events. The season fills up fast, so if this is of interest, contact us for availability and booking.
Welcome Kit
Kits include an introductory letter that confirms your member benefits and several oyster-themed complimentary gifts to welcome you aboard.
